It is also the date in 1893 when the first Dutch Norbertines arrived in the US — a mission that gave birth in 1925 to the founding of Saint Norbert Abbey in DePere, outside of Green Bay. The Norbertine Order will officially begin celebrating its 900th Anniversary with Solemn Vespers in the Abbey Church on Saturday, November 28, 2020, at 6:30 PM. There will be special musicand a talk on the Norbertine Charism by Dr. Michael Marinelli, Headmaster of Archmere Academy. All are welcome to our church with the same social distancing and mask-wearing of our regular Sunday Masses. This will also be live-streamed via the www.Daylesford.org website, the Daylesford Abbey Facebook page, and the Daylesford Abbey YouTube Channel.
The Golf Outing will be held at Hershey's Mill Golf Club on Monday, June 21, 2021. Registration will begin at 11:30 am with a shotgun start at 12:30. The cost is $250.00 per person.
